Training: AMA Impairment Ratings
ErgoScience is the only FCE provider to offer training in Impairment Ratings. Many times, clinicians are requested to perform an FCE and calculate Impairment Ratings. If your clinic only offers FCE, you can miss out on referrals. By training our clinicians in AMA Impairment ratings, we are helping to expand both the knowledge and practice base of the clinician, while also offering comprehensive disability and workers compensation solutions for insurance carriers.
Training is available in the 4th, 5th, and 6th Editions of the Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment. Performing AMA Impairment Ratings is a two-day workshop that is designed to train clinicians in performing Impairment Ratings. The course involves lecture, case study presentations and practice. A lab session will provide instruction and practice in inclinometry of the spine (5th edition only).
