The ErgoScience faculty are dedicated to providing state of the art, hands on training. All faculty are experienced industrial rehabilitation practioners and experts at using our FCE and Job Demands Assessments. We tailor the learning experience to meet your needs and schedule.

Debra Browne Credits Credits B App Sc (OT) Debra completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy at the South Australian Institute of Technology (now University of South Australia) in 1980. Since graduating, she worked in a number of fields including Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, Gerontology, Pain Management and Rheumatology, both in the public and private sectors, before commencing work in Vocational Rehabilitation in 1989 which is when Debra developed a keen interest in Functional Capacity Evaluations. ...more	Joanne Williams Goertzen Credits DipPT, PgradDip (Rehab) Joanne is a New Zealand trained Physiotherapist who graduated from Otago Polytechnic School of Physiotherapy in 1988. Ms. Goertzen completed her Post-graduate diploma in Rehabilitation at Otago University in 1998. She has spent the last 5 years working in Occupational Health. ...more
Nancy Hughes Credits OT Nancy has practiced as an Occupational Therapist for 9 years since graduating with a Bachelor’s of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She has practiced mainly as a community-based occupational therapist assessing and treating clients with injuries from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, or recipients of long-term disability insurance. ...more	Angela Kerrison Credits Angela completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney (Australia) in 1993. Angela subsequently has worked in Australia, the Untied Kingdom and Switzerland in the fields of Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Pain Management and Vocational Rehabilitation. Ainslie Kriston Title Credits OTR/L Ainslie graduated from the University of Illinois at the Medical Center in 1983 in Occupational Therapy and received her Masters of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 1989. She currently works as the Senior Occupational Therapist and Case Manager in Industrial Rehabilitation at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville Georgia. ...more	Deborah E. Lechner Credits PT, MS Deborah graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1975 with a BS degree in physical therapy. She later received her post-professional masters from the Massachusetts General Institute in Boston. Lechner is President and founder of ErgoScience, Inc and Research Associate Professor with the Department of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). ...more
Patricia Rode Title Credits PT Patty graduated from S.U.N.Y. Buffalo in 1979 with a BS in Physical Therapy. She has over 26 years of experience as a Physical Therapist treating outpatient orthopaedic, workmen’s compensation and occupational injuries.
